There are many advantages for organizations of using blogs. One of the advantages is that through blogs the consumer are better informed and also blogs are a way of sharing knowledge and information within an organization. Also blogs help interact with customers and help the organizations develop strong relationships and brand loyalty. Another advantage of blogs is that blogs can be a positive way of getting feedback. Once information is posted in the blog anyone who reads the post can reply and respond to it. This is a quick way for organizations to get quick feedback. In general, blogs are very useful to organizations because it is a cheap and effective way of communication and delivering information.
However, there are also some disadvantages for organizations of using blogs. Blogs are very hard to maintain because they constantly have to be updated and for organizations this could be very time consuming. Another disadvantage about organizations using blogs is that many readers or potential buyers might not find the information in a blog very reliable. The person reading the blog might be skeptical about the information.
